Questions

Asked at the counter

What details do you need to match a colour?

The vehicle make, model and year, plus the paint code if you can find it, gets us most of the way. If there is no code, or the code no longer matches the car, tell us that in the job details and bring the panel in. We read the colour off the panel itself with a spectrophotometer and mix to that reading.

How quickly will you come back to me?

We answer during trading hours, monday to friday, 7:30am to 4pm. Requests that arrive overnight or over a weekend are picked up the next trading morning. If you need an answer sooner than that, call the counter on 07 5493 2088 rather than waiting on a reply.

Do I have to come into the store to collect?

Not always. The counter at 5 Main Drive, Warana is open to anyone during trading hours, and the van runs across the Kawana Waters suburbs and down through Currimundi, Battery Hill, Dicky Beach and Meridan Plains. Say where you are in the form and we will tell you whether it suits a delivery or a pickup.

Can I ask for a stock check rather than a colour match?

Yes. The same form covers both. Tell us the product and the size you are after and we will confirm whether it is on the shelf before you make the trip. That is worth doing on the industrial and BESA lines, which move in larger quantities.
